Pier i Café is a seasonal outdoor restaurant in Riverside Park South, at the foot of Pier i on West 70th Street.

Every seat is outside, facing the Hudson, with the view running west toward the sunset. Start with a latte from the espresso bar in the morning. Come back for a salad or a sandwich at lunch, or a specialty cocktail in the evening while the boats go by. On weekends there is brunch, and the park is worth a walk either side of it.

The menu is casual and built to be eaten outdoors. Cape Cod style lobster rolls, crispy fish and chips, burgers, tacos, and plenty to share. To drink, frozen cocktails, craft beer, wine, and our homemade blueberry lemonade.

We are open late spring through early fall, weather permitting, since everything here is outdoors. There are no reservations. Order at the counter and take any free table.

Dogs are welcome. Enter the park at Riverside Blvd and West 68th Street, then follow the path down to the water.
